Guess Who Can Hold Her Head Up High???

That's right! Meeeeeee! Look how strong i am! My head hardly wobbles around anymore. Tummy time just got a whole lot more interesting, as I can see all in front of me. The only problem is when mummy puts me on HER tummy as I do this, I often end up vomiting on her a little bit. And sometimes she doesn't even notice until the smell hits her later on! cheeky meeee!

Smiles for my Tia Poli

Everyone in my family has seen me smile except for my Tia Poli who is far far away. So these photos mummy took this morning are for her.

This is what i look like when i wake up after a sleep these days. Even in the middle of the night i try to give mummy these big smiles and she says she has to ignore them at night or else i will think it's time to play and i'll never go back to sleep! Luckily I smile all the time so during the day these smiles get me lots of hugs, kisses and playtime.

Daddy loves them and says the best thing about my smiles is how i am happy to show the world all my gums.

3 months old yesterday!

hello!

How quickly time goes, i've been in the world a whole three months already! And i am getting so smart! I make mummy work hard to get a laugh out of me but she knows my neck is ticklish so she always kisses me there. Very clever.

I also have a new bath tub that i'm using and i LOOOOVE it! i'm splashing around and talking in the bath now, something i didn't really do before.

I've been sick with reflux but daddy found me a really good doctor who gave me medicine to help. It tastes like peppermint and mummy thinks it's yucky but i drink it without a fuss. Mummy also took me to her chiropractor, and she said that i am very strong and have good reflexes. What are reflexes? What's a chiropractor? What a big word.

Anyway, tonight we are going to see my awelitos, they're having empanadas at home. Can't wait till i have teeth so i can eat some!!

My first laugh today!

Hello!

I am almost 3 months old and today i laughed out loud for the first time! How exciting! Actually, i laughed yesterday with mummy but we were alone and without witnesses nobody would have believed us. Today i laughed when mummy had my hands in hers and she was making me punch her in the face- her chubby cheeks. I laughed a lot and daddy was quicksmart and grabbed the camera so we have it on video, yay!

Other things that i am managing these days include me putting toys in my mouth (and of course i still love my hands in my mouth too!). I am talking heaps too, i interrupt all conversations because what i have to say is more important. heheheheh

Daddy bought me wooden letters that spell my name so my bedroom will soon be clearly labelled so that Tito knows it's not his bedroom. Silly cat always trying to come in and steal my toys!

Well, that's all for now. Mummy says she's very happy that i am growing well, but i am quickly getting too big for my 000 clothes, i am almost a 00 size now! I am currently tipping the scales at 5.7kg, an excellent way for mummy to tone her arms, lifting me up all the time!

Talk like a pirate: aaaarrrrr!!

hello! well, lots has happened this week. First up i discovered what shots were. Not so keen on those but mummy and daddy said i was very very brave. I only cried for a little bit. What a rip off though, i had to have two needles, one on each leg! First up, the doctor gave me some drops to stop my tummy feeling bad, she said they were yucky but i liked them. And i didn't even have a fever afterwards. Daddy said i was a little champ.

I am growing every day and I am finally big enough to wear my fancy denim skirt that my aunty Claudia gave me. I wore it the other day to go shopping with mummy, aunty Claudia and my awelita Ani. I looked very cute.

I have also been very busy telling people stuff. I talk like a pirate and mostly say "aaaaarrrr" sounds, but i threw an "M" and a "G" in there once. I am very clever and I can tell mummy when i am tired and sleepy, which is good because now she doesn't keep me up when i've had enough!

And last night I slept from 11pm to 6am this morning without bothering anybody. I am fast becoming a clever little cookie...
